YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Welcome, y'all! Welcome to this platform where we can walk this journey together—out of the darkness and into the light. If you are sick, tired, confused, in pain, scared, abused, neglected, addicted, or just sad… you are NOT ALONE!
I am not a doctor, a psychiatrist, or even a therapist. I am just a human being who has walked through the dark cave of all of these things—not to stumble around in the dark, but to light a torch so we can all walk out together. My journey has not been an easy one, but I believe God has brought me through it all so that I could walk with you into the light I have found.
I will tell you right now: if you knew me fifteen years ago, you would have thought a church would burn down if I walked through the doors. I would have been the last person you’d ever expect to come to know Jesus. I didn't believe in any kind of higher power. I believed that seeds fall to the ground and the sun and rain make them grow—no "make-believe" higher power necessary. Yet today, I have found the greatest relief and joy in the hands of God. It is unlike anything I have ever known, and if you are ready to experience that kind of relief, I want to help you get there.

I am an experienced recovery coach who has given her life to showing others that no one is beyond redemption. But more than that, I am a mother, a daughter, and a committed believer in God and His wonders. I am living proof of the resilience and abundant joy you can find through faith in Him. It is through Him that I have found the strength needed to overcome many obstacles in my own life. I have struggled with addiction and have made mistakes that have caused pain to myself and others, but God has shown me the true power that comes with forgiveness. This website is my way of showing how you too can find recovery through faith, meditation, and a strength you never knew you had.
